The Land Lord Comes

she walks onto the premises and knocks on the front door of the main house with a clip board under her arm. When no one answers immediately she yells very loudly, "Hello! This is Tammy, I'M THE LAND LORD! If you don't open this door and come outside in the next 30 seconds, i will move you out and re-sell this house to someone else! " then she starts counting down very loudly from 30

Mira: I come out in a very nice blue shirt with elbow lenth sleeves very nice ankle length black pants.(Gotta go, my parents will kill me if they catch me)

(ok) I frown for no reason, then say "Show me around this land so i can evaluate how well it has been taken care of." she stands up straight and tall and frowns down upon the lady

I lead her to the stables. "Here is the stables, we have six horses right now."

she nods and checks off the 5 horses slot on the paper then looks around to see if the stables are clean, then checks off the clean stable slot on the paper then nods to the woman to show her the horses

"This is my horse, Mia, she is very calm."

he nods and examines the horse. she then goes to evey stall that has a horse in it and does the same, when she is done she checks off the healthy horse part of the sheet. then says, "Now show me the inside of the house, i already know that the bunk house is clean. I was there yesterday." she then got a few peices of alfalfa cubes from inside her pocket and gave 1 too every horse.

I lead her inside. "Here is the kitchen."

she nods and opens the fridge, turns on the sink, tests the micro wave and oven, and looks too see how many trash cans there are. she then checks off the sanitary kitchen enviroment part. then nods to the lady again

"Here is the living room."

she looks aound and doesn't see a trashcan, so she puts an X on the sanitary and safe living room part. she frowns then nods again

"Here is the bathroom."

she looks all around and sees that it is very clean, so she checks off the Sanitary rest room enviroment part of the paper, then says, "Please show me the bedroom ma'am." then goes back to her paper, scribbling who knows what, on it

I lead her to the bedroom. "Here is the bedroom."

she looks around, and the bed is made, the trashcan is empty, the t.v. is turned off, the floor is clear, and all the dirty clothes are stacked neatly in a pile. she checks off the sanitary bedroom enviroment part of the paper, then shakes Mira's hand smiling. "This house is very neat, sanitary, and safe. You are perfectly fit to own this house. I will come back once a year to inspect the house hold. I hope you enjoy living here." she smiled, then walked out of the house

I walk her to her car.

i get into my car and drive off slowly, waving to her as i go.

I wave back.

Nick: when the land lady goes out of sight i come out from hiding in the bushes. i smile and go back to the bunk house after feeding the horses dinner

I walk back to the house to talk with Caitlyn on the phone. (She left yesterday)
