Nick walks in, making sure the grounds are clean so the new owner will be pleased. while he is making his rounds he accidentally bumps into her. "Sorry miss. I didn't mean to bump into you." he smiled and shook her hand."I hope this place suits you." he bowed and laughed

Nick: i smile at her and think 'Dang. That lady sure is pretty.' he looked her up and down while she was turned away, then walked away to his little house on the property (he is the stablehand that comes with the ranch)

when he wakes up the next moring, he goes and feeds Mira's two horses, then goes and wakes up Mira by giving her the 'wake up call'

when she finally comes out, i tell her, "Miss. Mira, we need to buy some more draft horses. I just got my own, but the land lord will only let you stay here if there are 5 draft horses on the premises." you could tell he was serious right now, not joking around.

he smiled and said, "Good. Because that land lord is VERY strict. I have met her before. Oh yeah, and tomorrow, don't chew any gum, don't wear those jeans, make sure your pants go down to your ankles, and make sure your sleeves on your shirt go down to your elbows." he then laughed and walked off to take his new horse into the stables (brb i have to do laundry or my mom's going to kick me off 4 the rest of the day : P i hate moms)
